FASTMINDS participates in the E-Verify program, a web-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA). E-Verify allows employers to verify the employment eligibility of newly hired employees quickly and securely.

What We Verify
Through E-Verify, we verify:

- • Immigration status with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) records
- • Employment authorization documents presented by the employee
Employee Rights
E-Verify is designed to be secure, fair, and respectful of all employees. When you are hired, we will:
- ✓ Provide you with a notice of our E-Verify participation
- ✓ Complete the verification process in accordance with E-Verify procedures
- ✓ Notify you if a case is referred for administrative or legal review
- ✓ Provide you an opportunity to review information and dispute inaccuracies
